About Sean Walsh

I'm a real estate agent with Kai Real Estate in Berkeley. I've worked in East Bay residential real estate for more than ten years, mostly in Oakland and Berkeley, including Rockridge, Temescal, Crocker Highlands, Grand Lake, and Trestle Glen.

I put together this Rockridge guide because I wanted a genuinely useful local resource, not another sales page. It covers the restaurants, events, homes, parks, and day-to-day life that make the neighborhood what it is.

In my real estate work, I spend most of my time with sellers. I like the part of the job where a house gets ready for market: figuring out what it needs, planning paint, lighting, flooring, landscaping, and repairs, and making sure staging and photography show it well. I also work with buyers, and I help them look closely at value, condition, design potential, and resale.

I've also managed a luxury sales team. I joined Kai because its local, collaborative approach fits how I want to serve clients.

I was born in San Francisco, have lived in the Bay Area most of my life, and live in Oakland.
